Randall’s Island is located along the East River between Manhattan, Queens and the Bronx.

• Box Office Hours: The box office, located at the entrance to the festival at the Harlem River Event Area on Randall’s Island, will be open for will call pick up and ticket purchases (if still available) from 11:00am until 10pm on Saturday June 23 and Sunday June 24.

• There will be no refunds. Festival is Rain or Shine. Artists subject to change.
• There will be no re-entry into the festival.
• ADA Info: There are ADA Access Viewing Platforms located at each of the
  two stages. Please note that they have limited capacity and are available on a
  first come, first served basis. ADA accessible restrooms are available at the
  ends of each row of restrooms and behind the Access Viewing Platforms.
